Shiraz Gin

Antidote's Shiraz Gin is made from McLaren Vale Shiraz grapes from 
the family estate. Hand picked & destemmed left to soak into locally distilled spirit for 30 days. 

This Small batch Gin is hand made and hand bottled using a centuries-old process free from preservatives. 

Antidote's Shiraz Gin displays great deep, rich, purple with a reddish hue. With fresh juniper notes followed by citrus then raspberry and 
a touch of spice. 

The palate is beautifully balanced showing great depth in palate weight with McLaren Vale Shiraz mid palate sweetness and spice characters.
