The Barrels used are American Oak barrels that matured our McLaren Vale Shiraz for 2 years.The Gin has been barrel for 3 years.
This Small-batch Gin is hand made and hand bottled using a centuries-old process free from preservatives.Full-bodied with hints of spice & vanilla.
